SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver locally and internationally. For local deliveries, there are no delivery fees involved for purchases above SG$200. For international shipping, shipping fees will vary depending on elements such as the destination and the weight of the product. Please email us at nautical-lifestyle@asia.com for a price quote.
RETURN POLICY
Products are eligible for return if:

a) Products are defect upon receiving
b) Products have not been used

If your product is eligible for return, please contact us at nautical-lifestyle@asia.com within 7 working days of receiving the defective product and quote your reference number. You must adequately package any product you are returning for our collection to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery. All original items including packaging must also be returned. We will arrange for products collections usually within 7 working days.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will only refund you once we have received the product and inspected it to assess whether it is eligible for a refund under these Conditions of Sale. Any refund will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.
AVAILABILITY
Blue Water Nautical Lifestyle tries its best to keep in stock most of our nautical tableware, boat, and bathroom accessories. All stock availability as represented on the website is in accordance with our current inventory levels, but it is subject to change without notice.

If for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you using the details you have provided to amend or cancel the order as per our agreement with you.
